Is the sample‑testing service free?
Yes, sample evaluation is free of charge. You only need to cover the shipping cost to send your samples to our China factory. No purchase obligation after testing.
What materials can you test for me?
We support testing for metal, plastic, wood, acrylic, resin, leather and more. If you cannot send physical samples, send clear material photos and describe your application, we can give professional suggestions.
How long does sample testing take?
Once we receive your samples or material information, our engineers will finish testing and send you photos, videos and recommended machine parameters within 2‑5 working days.
How do I choose between Fiber, UV and CO₂ laser machines?
Fiber laser: best for metal marking & engraving.
UV laser: for high‑precision fragile materials (plastic, glass, resin).
CO₂ laser: mainly for non‑metal materials like wood, acrylic and leather.

Is laser marking permanent?
Yes, laser marking is permanent. It etches onto the material surface instead of surface printing, will not fade under normal usage conditions.
Does the laser machine need consumables? What about maintenance?
Our galvo laser marking machines have zero consumables. Daily maintenance mainly includes cleaning protective lenses, keeping the machine dry and dust‑free. Normal service life of the laser source can reach 8‑10 years.
Are you a factory? Can you customize machines?
We are a direct laser‑equipment manufacturer. Customized solutions for working area, rotary axis, flying marking system and special functions are available according to your requirements.
What is your production lead‑time?
Standard‑configuration machines: 7‑15 working days after receiving deposit.
Custom‑made machines: 15‑30 working days, depends on customization complexity.

What is your warranty policy?
2‑year warranty for the whole machine, 1‑year warranty for laser source. We provide lifetime online technical support. Note: warranty does not cover man‑made damage and wearing parts.
How will you provide technical support when machine has problems?
Our technical team offers remote support via WhatsApp, video call, TeamViewer. We will guide you for troubleshooting step‑by‑step. Spare parts can be shipped out quickly if replacement is needed.
How fast will you reply my inquiry?
